• Proven experience as a Superintendent in healthcare or complex commercial construction
• Deep knowledge of AHCA regulations and healthcare facility requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Local experience in South Florida preferred

• Experience:
  Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, not essential.
• Certifications:
  Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or LEED are a plus.
• Skills:
  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Knowledge:
  In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
