Your new role

• Lead the companies’ efforts on projects across the Los Angeles area
• Manage project(s) from 'soup to nuts', ranging from $500k to $2MM
• Produce and manage project schedules and look aheads
• Oversee all Health and Safety on site
• Manage all staff and contractors on site

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of Commercial Superintendent experience.
• Experience working on Life Science, Clean Rooms, Labs, Mission Critical Facilities preferred.
• Strong communicator - able to work with PM and client professionally
• OSHA certified.
• Experience in using Procore construction technology.

Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 based on experience
