About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects, with a strong background in industrial tilt-wall construction and big box/grocery retail buildings. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project specifications are met.
- Lead on-site construction teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven experience with industrial tilt-wall construction and big box/grocery retail projects is required.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
