Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects, with a strong background in industrial tilt-wall construction and big box/grocery retail buildings. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project specifications are met.
Lead on-site construction teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

5–8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Proven experience with industrial tilt-wall construction and big box/grocery retail projects is required.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
