Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5–8+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects, with a strong background in industrial tilt-wall construction and big box/grocery retail buildings. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Lead on-site construction teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 5–8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven experience with industrial tilt-wall construction and big box/grocery retail projects is required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
