Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex public sector construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Projects will primarily include educational facilities, fire stations, public libraries, and other government-funded renovations and new builds.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years of experience in construction project management
• Demonstrated success managing projects in the $12M–$25M range
• Experience with both ground-up and renovation projects in sectors such as education, municipal, or federal
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
