Project Manager (Healthcare)

Your new role

This Healthcare General Contractor is looking for skilled Healthcare Project Managers. You will be responsible for leading Projects from A-Z within a variety of NYC Hospital and Medical office profiles. With an established list of projects valued between $5–25 million, you can expect similar budgeted work. If you have the required project background, I encourage you to apply sooner rather than later as they are looking to interview and staff up asap!

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of interior construction, including scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, change orders
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, vendors and all stakeholders for success
Manage project resources, including personnel and materials
Ensure compliance with all relevant NYC regulations and codes
Monitor progress, limit risks and resolve issues as they arise
Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality

Requirements

Construction and Engineering degree preferred
Minimum 4 years’ experience with a NY/NJ general contractor
AutoCAD or Revit and Bluebeam experience
Strong knowledge of interior construction methodology, MEP welcome and NYC codes
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working on healthcare construction projects in New York City is a must
