A 50+ year old Rocky Mountain focused General Contractor with a Portfolio of Projects ranging from Ground Up, Multi-Family to Wider Commercial builds.

Voted as one of the Top Places to work in Colorado, this organization has multiple offices scattered across Colorado and the wider Rocky Mountain Region and they are looking to expand their teams in these locations.

Currently, there is a need for a Project Manager to be based out of their Grand Junction office and covering projects across the Western Slope.

Your New Role

Based from the Grand Junction Office but covering Projects across the Rockies, you will hold end to end responsibility for project oversight and delivery while ensuring on time and on budget. You will work closely with field personnel to adhere to schedules and interface with the client to ensure they are updated and satisfied.

You will periodically report to internal stakeholders and provide updates while maintaining a professional relationship that will encourage repeat business from the client.

What you'll need to succeed

• Will have experience as a Project Manager delivering Ground Up & TI Projects
• Projects of $20M+
• Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
• Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
