Because of this, they are hoping to add a solid PM like you to their ranks.

Your new role

As a Project Manager with this GC, you will oversee projects with the support of your field team. The position is office-based, with the ability to visit your site when necessary. The team is robust and set up with multiple layers, i.e., Senior Supers, Supers, Assistant Supers, SPMs, PMs, APMs, Project Engineers, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years in NYC construction

• Experience managing NYCSCA, DASNY, NYCHA, or MTA construction work from a GC

• Experience with large-scale projects ($10M+)

• Ability to commute to the office in Queens
