Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of multiple government construction projects from start to finish.
This is an in-office role. The PM will be based in Frederick, MD with occasional job site visits.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Coordinating across departments and managing subcontractors
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and government regulations
  • Preparing reports, billing, and change orders
  • Leading client meetings and maintaining strong relationships
  • Managing resources to deliver projects on time and within budget

What you'll need to succeed

Due to the nature of the projects, all candidates must be US citizens and be able to pass a government background check.
  • Experience working on Federal construction projects is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Estimating and scheduling experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
