This firm is a long-standing client of ours that manages commercial projects in NYC. Commercial could mean corporate offices, private schools, healthcare clinics, veterinary offices, some street-level retail, etc. Even some multi-family residential (think building for a developer, not for Mr. & Mrs. So-and-So), and some luxury residential (yes, Mr. & Mrs. So-and-So!). The company has been itching to grow, but the trouble is finding the right people who care the same amount! With some new work that has come in, it is time to bring in a serious Project Manager!

As a PM with this firm, you will work closely with the team and with the office staff. You will be responsible for managing your project throughout its lifecycle.
