Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects related to utilities and civil infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

• Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes

• Monitoring progress and providing regular updates to senior management

• Managing project risks and resolving issues as they arise

• Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in civil construction project management

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Experience working on construction projects in New York City is a plus
