This role provides hands-on experience across core project functions and exposure to complex high-rise construction.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • 2–3 years of construction experience with a GC, developer‑builder, or specialty contractor
  • Exposure to ground‑up multifamily, high‑rise, podium, or commercial projects (internships count)
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with field and office teams
  • A proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented approach
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is highly beneficial
