Your new role

As the Construction Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residential construction sites. You’ll be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols. You’ll collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution from ground-breaking to handover.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing high-end residential construction projects up to $8M in value
• New build & renovation experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously
• Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
• Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across the DMV area
