Construction Manager

A regional real estate group is currently searching for a Construction Manager to join their team. This individual will work on the owner's side to identify and complete TI projects for this real estate group as well as act as their own GC to complete new builds for new projects in their portfolio.


Responsibilities of this role entail:
  • Oversee major capital and tenant improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
  • Serve as a self-performing General Contractor on select tenant improvement projects ranging from $60K to $250K
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of client business to drive new project opportunities and long-term relationships.


If you have 5 years of experience managing construction projects, you could be eligible for:
  • Base salary of $100k
  • Medical / Dental / Vision
  • 401k
  • Bonus
