A leading Construction Advisory firm based in LA is looking to speak to Owners Rep PMs with a strong background in delivering hotel TI projects. The first project you will work on is a 700-bed TI for an International hotel brand.

You will also be expected to conduct the due diligence and development of a 900-bed student housing for the California State University system.
