A well-established residential builder operating across the DMV region is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of custom home additions and new builds, this company is known for delivering high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining strong client relationships.

Your new role

You’ll be the onsite project lead, managing a steady flow of residential projects ranging from 350K to 1,200 sq ft. These include both new construction and additions of spaces that function as separate residences. You’ll oversee subcontractors, coordinate labor, and ensure projects are completed on time. With1-3 active projects at a time, you’ll play a key role in maintaining timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction - often with homeowners living on-site.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally with custom homes or interior detail work
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage expectations with professionalism
• Familiarity with the DMV market and local subcontractor networks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
