Your new company:

A Loudoun County commercial general contractor hiring for a Construction Interiors Superintendent. Immediate projects on offer for this Superintendent to step into and lead as the main Superintendent. Construction projects will be based in Northern Virginia and/or Washington DC.

Your new role:

The company are known for taking on interior renovation and build-out of commercial, education and government spaces in the DC area. Typically these are in the value of $200k-2M but can go up to the value of $4M. You will take responsibility for all site operations including subcontractor management, leading progress meetings, being the point of contact for the owners, aswell as management of site equipment, materials and schedules.

You will have the support of Project Manager and Vice President and you will interact with various external vendors including subcontractors, architects and engineers as well as being the main point of contact to the end client.

What you'll need to Succeed:

• 4+ years’ experience working for a general contractor as a Superintendent.
• You will have delivered interior construction projects in the values of $200k - $1M range as a lead Superintendent.
• Experience in using Procore is highly desired, but comparable software is also okay.
• Have reliable transport and be able to commute to job sites in Northern Virginia and DC.
• No degree is required for this position. Your experience could from the trade up working as an assistant superintendent or foreman who are looking to take on a Superintendent position.

What you'll get in return:

• Base salary in the range of $90k - $110k depending on skill set and experience.

• $400 - $600 per month vehicle allowance
• 100% paid for medical insurance, spouse/children can be added on for a small cost.
• 3 weeks starting vacation plus company observed and paid for holidays.
