About the Role:As General Superintendent, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex healthcare facilities. From ground-up hospitals to cutting-edge outpatient centers, you’ll oversee field operations, ensure safety and quality, and lead teams with precision and purpose.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards and AHCA regulations
  • Drive schedules, budgets, and quality control
  • Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability
What They're Looking For:
  • 15+ years of healthcare superintendent experience, with experience of taking projects from start through to completion as the lead superintendent
  • Proven leadership in large-scale hospital or medical facility builds
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare codes, infection control, and AHCA inspections
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL
