Lead construction operations for a major distributor.

Your New Company

We are seeking a Director of Construction to manage construction and engineering for an expanding Fortune 500-sized portfolio. Your New Role
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Construction, Design, and Engineering department
  • Oversee large-scale office and warehouse construction, renovations, and maintenance projects
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
  • Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and design standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Facilities

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 15+ years of industrial/commercial construction experience
  • 10+ years in leadership roles managing large teams
  • Proven success with projects exceeding 1 million sq. ft.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (min.)
  • Willingness to travel across North American locations
