A high-end custom residential builder with revenues around $80M headquartered in NJ, with sister offices in West Florida supporting projects spanning New York City, Westchester County, and Connecticut. This firm specializes in technically challenging pre-war co-op renovations, historic townhouse restorations, and multi-structured ground-up estates valued to $45M.

As an Estimator reporting to the Director of Preconstruction and Estimating, you’ll be responsible for preparing cost calculations for new scopes of work, change orders, and project buyouts. You’ll manage bid documents, solicit subcontractor pricing, perform quantity takeoffs, and maintain key databases. You’ll also collaborate with design teams and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the estimating process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2–3 years of estimating or construction experience preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and construction sequencing knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas required)
• Familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff, Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple priorities
