Project Management Consultancy Firm hiring a Project Manager for Condo Association Clients

Your new company:
Seeking a Project Manager to join a Project Management Service company who provides 3rd party consultative services to condominium associations across the DC area. Looking to connect with Project Managers who have 5+ years of construction experience working for either a GC or CM firm on condo or multifamily projects in DC.

The position:
As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with leading projects for their condo association clients in DC. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of the projects from the preconstruction, procurement, design, permitting, zoning, construction/project management, handover, and ongoing support to the client.
You will also be working closely with the company ownership to identify new client opportunities and securing new contracts. Seeking cultivating new and existing company relationships to lead to new business is critical, as well as fostering positive relationships with industry partners contractors and clients. The mid-long term strategy off the back of success could be for you to hire direct reports and to be removed from daily management of projects as the team grows.

To be successful in this position, you will need:
  • 5+ years of working for a CM or GC firm where you are taking full ownership of project delivery from preconstruction, construction, and handover.
  • Proficient understanding and expertise in engaging with condo associations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate and develop relationships with multiple vendors including brokers, end client, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and the internal company employees.
  • Desire to be a part of a growing organization which requires hard work and tenacity for the benefit of your long-term career, as well as playing a pivotal role in the development of the company.
  • Degree in Construction, Architecture, Business or Engineering.
Salary, Bonus and Benefit Highlights:
  • Base salary evaluated on experience.
  • Discretionary enrollment into the company profit-sharing plan.
  • Hybrid work environment, 2 days remote from home, 3 days in the office/job/client’s site.
