We are looking for an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our client's estimating and preconstruction team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of concrete systems, and can produce accurate and competitive bids under tight deadlines. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost proposals and collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors throughout the bidding process.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete estimating and preconstruction
• Skilled in Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Outlook
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation
• Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of construction financials and field operation
