Your new role

As a Structural Concrete Estimator, you’ll play a key role in bidding on commercial and residential concrete projects. Reporting directly to the VP of Preconstruction, you’ll collaborate with a seasoned team of estimators and business development professionals to deliver accurate, competitive bids and support project success from start to finish.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural commercial concrete projects
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals
• Collaborate with field teams and leadership to ensure project alignment
• Participate in pre-construction meetings and client presentations
• Track market trends and pricing to maintain competitive edge

• Proven experience in structural concrete estimating (commercial/residential)
• Strong understanding of structural concrete systems and construction methods
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
