Your New Role:
As the Community Manager, you will lead the sales and customer service functions for a group of assets with a combined unit count between 200–500 units. Reporting directly to the General Manager or Sr. Community Manager, you will provide leadership to the front-of-house team and ensure the achievement of budget objectives, maximize revenue, and maintain high standards of customer service.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience: Extensive knowledge of the Manhattan submarket with 3–5 years of tenure managing luxury high-rise assets.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi or MRI). Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Leadership: To train, develop, and motivate subordinates, and provide consistent feedback.
- Customer Service: Strong ability to coordinate with Facilities Department, respond to resident complaints, and engage in resident communications.
- Administrative: Ensure adherence to company policies, timely completion of forms and reports, and coordinate with Facilities and Construction teams.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines and applicable local and federal laws.
- Travel: Occasional travel between multiple buildings within the same neighborhood (approximately 25-30% of the role).
Total Compensation:
- Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
- Bonus: Eligible for a discretionary bonus.
