Your new role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to provide accurate financial projections and help ensure projects are completed within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and estimation software.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
