Your new role

• Supervise daily on-site operations and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow efficiency
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Resolve construction-related issues promptly to avoid delays
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to achieve project goals

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
