We’re seeking a seasoned Commercial Superintendent to lead ground-up and interior construction projects in the Charlotte area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a recognized general contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence.

Your new role

• Oversee daily site operations for commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely and quality execution
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve field issues
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
• Mentor and lead field teams to foster a high-performance culture

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6 years of experience with a general contractor (GC)
• Proven track record managing both ground-up and interior commercial projects
• Strong tenure with previous employers and a solid portfolio of completed work
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in construction scheduling software and field documentation tools
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Charlotte, NC
