Your new role

Seeking a Commercial Superintendent to join its growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You’ll be working on a variety of commercial projects, including renovations, fit-outs, and ground-up construction, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED standards is a plus
• Commitment to safety and quality control
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and clients
