Your new job

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and schedules
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress updates with project stakeholders
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues and maintain workflow
• Monitor material deliveries and inventory to avoid delays
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven track record managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
