Your new role

• Oversee multiple projects or a large-scale development
• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout
• Manage internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management
• Proven success in delivering commercial construction projects
• Experience in light industrial or healthcare construction is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
