Hays have partnered with a successful national owner/developer, who are looking to hire a Property Manager to lead operations and financial performance of a commercial office asset within their Manhattan portfolio. This position will be responsible for supporting the redevelopment of the asset, while delivering a first-class experience for tenants.

Your new role

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and financial reporting of a 400k sq ft office asset. With the support of an onsite Assistant Property Manager, your responsibilities will include managing relationships with tenants and stakeholders, overseeing all operations relating to build-outs and capital projects, as well as supporting leasing activity. The property is scheduled to undergo extensive capital work, and you will work closely with internal asset management and construction teams to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the desired quality. Managing tenant relationships and expectations during construction will also be key.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial office property management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of tenant fit-outs and capital projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
