Hays Property team have partnered with an award-winning real estate owner developer, who are looking to hire a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office assets across their New Jersey portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading operations and financial reporting across 5 properties, including ownership HQ.

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and construction projects across each asset under your purview. Duties will include oversight of SOP’s, managing annual business plans, and implementing preventative maintenance programs. Due to the nature of the tenants across each property, hospitality and maintaining strong relationships will be key. This will include administering leases, coordinating tenant move-ins/outs, responding promptly to service requests, and maintaining accurate tenant records. Working closely with asset management, you will also be responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports along with the annual budgets.
