• Supervise the daily management, maintenance, and associated construction of a diverse portfolio of shopping centers, retail complexes and innovative office/industrial spaces.
• Develop and implement strategic objectives to optimize property performance.
• Exercise financial acumen in budgetary planning and analysis.
• Report into the Vice President of Property Management.
• Work at a high capacity within the context of a larger team, set goals and implement, support leasing initiatives with understanding of property’s CAM reconciliation.

• Proven track record as a Commercial Property Manager, with a portfolio of success to showcase your expertise.
• Strong understanding of real estate practices and leasing principles from a commercial perspective
• Great communication skills and the ability to foster lasting relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders alike.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is desired or open to willing to learn the system.
• Availability and willingness to respond to occasional property emergencies as needed.
