As they expand their team in California, an excellent opportunity has opened up for a Commercial Project Manager to join the team in San Francisco.
Your new role
As the Commercial Construction Project Manager in San Francisco, you will have a wide range of responsibilities that requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and effective communication. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects. This includes coordinating, implementing, and managing the project from start to finish. Your primary goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the specified quality standards. You’ll serve as a liaison between the project team members, promoting the interests of both the business and clients.What you'll need to succeed
- A Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
- Relevant work experience can substitute for a degree
- Previous experience in project management, especially in commercial construction, is essential.
- Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards is necessary.
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings is a key skill.
- Commercial Office, Life Science & Mission Critical project experience is really attractive
