Your new role
As Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving lead generation, sales analytics, and pipeline efficiency. Based on site in Creedmoor, NC, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM tools, standardize reporting, and support customer delivery excellence. This is a strategic role with high visibility across senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in outside sales or commercial operations ideally in an aerospace B2B environment (or similar)
- Proven success working in global cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and CRM expertise
- Ability to lead change, implement new tools, and drive efficiency across sales processes
