Your new role
As an Estimator, you’ll play a critical role in the preconstruction process, supporting project teams by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates. You’ll analyze drawings and specifications, solicit subcontractor pricing, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure bids are complete, timely, and aligned with client expectations. This role is based out of the Atlanta office and offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Excellent communication and time management skills
