Your new role

• Oversee day‑to‑day onsite construction operations for commercial projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Maintain project schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflicts
• Conduct regular site meetings, safety briefings, and progress updates
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to anticipate field challenges
• Manage site documentation including daily reports, logs, and inspections
• Foster a positive, productive, and safety‑driven jobsite culture
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven track record managing ground‑up and/or large‑scale renovation projects
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction best practices
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites across NC
