Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects ranging from $50M–$150M, including both ground-up construction and major additions/renovations.

You will be responsible for managing the full project life cycle — from pre-construction through closeout — while working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and public-sector clients.

Projects are primarily focused within the education and municipal sectors, with notable work including large-scale school builds, public safety facilities, and federal work.

This is a field-driven position, with most of your time spent on active job sites across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia rather than in the office.

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years of commercial experience
Background in commercial construction with exposure to ground-up or major renovations
Public sector, education, or municipal project experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
