Your new role

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will lead ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction
• Proven track record managing projects as a Project Manager in a general contractor or owner’s rep capacity
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success
• Experience in the Houston market is a plus.
