Hays Property have partnered with a Manhattan-based REIT, who are looking to hire a Business Analyst to support and enhance technical operations across the group's commercial portfolio. As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with corporate leadership, on-site property management teams, and office/retail tenants to manage the evolving requirements of commercial real estate systems. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be tasked with managing the performance of existing systems (including Yardi Elevate) while continuously assessing potential opportunities to enhance operations. Duties will include proactively identifying and resolving system and process issues, lead system testing, updates, and platform migrations, coordinating with third-party vendors to maintain system reliability, set up new tenant accounts, and support ongoing system improvements. This position will play a vital role in ensuring that service level agreements and quality targets are met/exceeded.

Another key function of the role will be to proactively identify opportunities to improve complex technical and business challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will assess business requirements and lead the design, testing, and reporting of enhanced procedures, before presenting proposals to business leaders.
