Exciting new leadership role with an established contractor in NYC

About the company
Our client is a leading general contractor in the Energy and Power sectors across the Northeast. They specialize in large scale power, transmission and distribution projects including Oil & Gas sectors.


Position Summary
The Client Project Executive is a strategic role responsible for executing market strategies, driving client development initiatives, managing key accounts, and overseeing the sales process for the region. This individual will work closely with Leadership, Estimating, Business Development, and Operations teams to ensure that our client relationships, market opportunities, and sector strategies are data-driven, well-supported, and aligned with long-term business goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute regional go-to-market strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead client development efforts, including prospecting, relationship building, and account-based management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and project delivery plans.
  • Analyze market data and client feedback to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Support contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle.
  • Represent Bond Civil & Utility at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles within the oil & gas or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of LNG, energy infrastructure, and utility markets.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management and business development.
  • Experience working with estimating and operations teams in a construction or EPC environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in energy, infrastructure, or business strategy.
