Our client is seeking a Change Management Analyst in Orlando, FL

Role Description

• Design and implement a robust metrics framework to evaluate IAM team performance, initiative outcomes, and service value.
• Develop ongoing performance indicators and impact measures to provide clear insights into operational health and strategic progress.
• Publish monthly OKR reports via Confluence, integrating both quantitative metrics and contextual analysis.
• Create visual dashboards and scorecards using Excel and data visualization tools to inform executive leadership and support strategic decisions.
• Translate data into meaningful insights and stories that communicate the value and progress of IAM initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a role that combines analytics/reporting with organizational change management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and use of Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
• Skilled at working in high-ambiguity environments and moving initiatives forward with minimal direction.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Organizational Development, or Change Management.
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management, IT transformation, or cybersecurity functions.
• Prosci or other formal change management certification
• This is a unique opportunity to shape how the IAM organization defines and demonstrates success — both in numbers and in people. The IAM Metrics & Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will have a direct impact on how the team tells its story, drives strategic alignment, and enables meaningful transformation.
• We are seeking a dynamic and analytical IAM Metrics & OCM Analyst to support the Identity & Access Management (IAM) organization. This one-year contract position blends metrics strategy and reporting with organizational change management (OCM) to drive operational transparency, stakeholder engagement, and informed decision-making.
• The ideal candidate is both data-savvy and people-focused, capable of shaping how the IAM team measures success, communicates progress, and drives adoption of change across the enterprise.
