Your new role

As a Union Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing building systems, including HVAC, steam, refrigeration, and electrical systems. You will ensure compliance with safety standards, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to emergency repairs as needed.

What you'll need to succeed

• City of Seattle Steam Engineer Grade 4 License
• Universal EPA Certification
• City of Seattle Refrigeration Operating License
• 07 Electrical License (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a union team
