Call Center Support (in/outbound) – Contract or CTP – Sandy Springs, GA – $18.00 -$20.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a Call Center Support (in/outbound) in Sandy Springs, GA.

Role Description

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls related to electric vehicle issues.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls for customer repairs and issues.
• Provide roadside assistance and support for charging issues.
• Collaborate with dealerships to advocate for customer needs.
• Transition from 24/7 operation to 8 AM - 8 PM in three months.
• 8 weeks of training, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
• Post-training shifts covering 8 AM - 8 PM, determined by shift bids.

Skills & Requirements

Top 3-5 Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct research.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated empathy and customer service experience.
• Timely attendance and reliability.
• Experience in hospitality or tech industries preferred (e.g., Apple).
