Our client is seeking Call Center / Market Support Analyst for Sandy Springs, GA

Role Description

They manage and resolve dealer inquiries and incentive issues, ensuring accurate reimbursements and smooth communication between its dealers, and internal teams.

The Market Support Analyst is responsible for managing operational workflows tied to:
• Market Support System (MSS) inquiries
• audit activities
• Dealer Support Case (DSC) resolution
This role ensures dealer incentive reimbursements, compliance reviews, and dealer-facing inquiries are handled with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism. The analyst acts as a liaison between internal teams, dealerships, and business partners.
Market Support System (MSS)
• Review and resolve MSS inquiries and appeals through thorough research and documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely dealer incentive reimbursements
• Analyze submission trends and identify recurring issues or gaps
• Provide clear, professional responses aligned with program guidelines
Dealer Support Cases (DSC)
• Resolve dealer cases with accurate, decisive guidance
• Act as a subject matter expert on fleet-related inquiries
• Monitor case trends to identify:
• Process gaps
• Training opportunities
• System enhancements
Operational Insights & Reporting
• Analyze data from MSS cases, audits, and DSC trends
• Provide insights to support business decisions and policy improvements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations and timelines
• Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Additional Support
• Assist with ad hoc operational needs
• Ensure ongoing efficiency of MSS workflows

Skills and Requirement

• Experience in the automotive industry (fleet operations or sales support preferred)
• Knowledge of:
• Incentive programs
• Audit processes
• MSS program guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret complex documentation and program rules
