Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III in Raleigh, NC
Role Description
This role plays a pivotal role in developing advanced technology solutions to meet the current and growing demands of the Credit Union. You will engage and partner with key stakeholders across the organization offering strategic insight and advice through complex analysis throughout the discovery, development, execution, and testing phases of assigned initiatives.
• Elicit business requirements, perform highly technical analysis, and make recommendations to translate business needs and product requirements into sound technical solutions.
• Design and produce technical documents, including workflows, technical specifications, data analysis, and end to end system documentation.
• Identify system and organizational impacts, through gaining a strong understanding of Credit Union backend systems.
• Partner with Technology and QA stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure delivered solution meets the business requirements, to quickly mitigate risks and resolve blockers, and develop robust testing and approval criteria.
• Provide strategic insights to senior management on system performance, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree and 2-5+ years relevant experience, Associate Degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or High School Diploma or GED and 10+ years relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a specialized Business Systems Analyst, delivering multiple transformation projects simultaneously, with varied degrees of complexity and duration, preferably within the financial industry or credit union sector.
• Proven ability to create standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for IT partners.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with third party vendors in requirements gathering, defect remediation and problem resolution.
• Proficient experience in Product Development Lifecycle, ideally within an Agile framework.
