Our client is seeking a Business System Analyst in Minneapolis, MN/Hybrid.
Skills & Requirements
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Wealth Management/Securities Master.
Proven experience in implementing Product Master solutions.
Solid understanding of reference data management principles within Wealth Management.
Experience working closely with Operations teams to align technology solutions with business workflows.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality principles.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Domain Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of Reference Data (especially, fixed income) in the Wealth Management industry.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements impacting reference data in financial services.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, senior stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus
