Our client is seeking a BSA x 2 in Vienna, VA
Role Description
• Integration and configuration of a new loyalty platform (existing processes unchanged).
• Roadblock identification and landscape analysis.
Skills & Requirements
• Significant experience in problem resolution including determining root cause, scope and scale of issues
• Experience in working in collaborative work teams
• Experience in working large projects/initiatives which have business risks and impact
• Significant experience leading system and user acceptance testing, including test planning, writing test cases, and test execution
• Advanced skill identifying and analyzing business requirements and recommending solutions
• Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals
• Experience in leading, guiding and coaching professional staff
• Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced time management skills and proactive solution delivery
• Advanced skill following, interpreting and applying relevant data/instructions to guidelines, procedures, practices and regulations
• Skilled in interpreting and synthesizing large amounts of information
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced word processing and spreadsheet software skills
• Advanced database and presentation software skills
• Experience applying change management principles
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience
• Credit Card Systems: Consumer side (issuing & processing).
• Technical Skills: APIs, ADO, ServiceNow.
• Methodologies: Mostly waterfall, pushing for Agile.
• Business Analysis: Stakeholder collaboration, business requirement translation.
