Our client is seeking a BSA in Vienna, VA

Skills & Requirements

• Proven ability to apply critical thinking to resolve complex business and technical problems, including root cause analysis and impact assessment.
• Demonstrated capacity for rapid comprehension of new systems, business processes, and technical environments.
• Extensive experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business and technology solutions.
• Strong background in managing and contributing to large-scale initiatives with significant business risk and visibility.
• Deep expertise in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including:
• Test planning and strategy development
• Writing and executing detailed test cases
• Defect tracking and resolution
• Coordinating with stakeholders to validate business requirements
• Skills in eliciting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and actionable solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently or within a team setting.
• Analytical and research skills, with a focus on identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to solution delivery.
• Skilled in interpreting and applying complex data, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to business scenarios.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information quickly and accurately to support decision-making.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database tools, and presentation software.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including test case management, work item tracking, and release coordination.
• Familiarity with change management principles and their application in systems implementation and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Deep expertise in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Proven ability to analyze and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for root cause analysis and impact assessment
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (test case management, work item tracking, release coordination)
