Come join a reputable boutique Environmental Engineering Consultancy that focus on Design & Planning projects within the NYC metro, as a Project Manager winning & delivering local Brownfield projects. Based Manhattan. Compensation circa $125k - $165k base salary, plus benefits/bonus/401k/etc.

Your new role

As a Seller / Doer you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with local agencies & municipalities, bidding on relevant Brownfield projects and delivering awarded projects. There are existing members of the team that have experience within Brownfield you can also leverage to support these activities. You will be responsible for opening a new Practice area for them, giving you the opportunity to showcase your leadership talents and build out a department long-term. This role provides potential for ownership in the Firm once established in the role.

What you'll need to succeed

• A track record of success delivering Brownfield projects across NYC metro

• Experience working within a Professional Services environment as a Project Manager or in a Lead role on the projects supported

• PE preferred
