A well-established and nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm is seeking a talented BIM Manager to lead its digital design initiatives. Known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across the commercial, healthcare, and education markets.
Your New Role
This is a strategic opportunity for a BIM professional to take ownership of the firm’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) standards, workflows, and implementation. The BIM Manager will work closely with project teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements, while driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide training and technical support on BIM tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Lead model coordination efforts and facilitate clash detection and resolution
  • Manage BIM execution plans and ensure alignment with client and project specifications
  • Conduct quality control reviews of models and documentation throughout the design and construction phases
  • Research and integrate emerging technologies to enhance BIM capabilities and project delivery
  • Collaborate with IT to manage software licensing, updates, and hardware requirements
  • Champion BIM innovation and contribute to firm-wide digital transformation initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management within the A/E/C industry
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other BIM-related tools
  • Strong understanding of design workflows, construction documentation, and project delivery methods
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
